Re-registration

RE-REGISTRATION

Osteopaths previously registered in New South Wales, and whose names were removed from the Register for non-payment of the annual registration fee, may apply for re-registration.

Applicants may apply under the Osteopaths Act 2001, or the Mutual Recognition (NSW) Act 1992.

The application in Portable Document File (PDF) format may be downloaded using Acrobat Reader software. If you already have Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer, select the following "PDF" icon. After the document appears on your screen, you may then print it out by selecting "File" then "Print". If you do not have Acrobat Reader software, see "Get Acrobat" icon below.
